Jorge Fournier joined CCM Puerto Rico in 1981 and is Executive Vice Chairman of the firm. He is responsible for the general operations of the company and oversees research, acquisition, development, and leasing. Jorge brings deep commercial real estate expertise with a specialization in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and tenant representation of major commercial retailers. Jorge has maintained CCM’s position as the exclusive subsidiary of ChainLinks International for the Puerto Rico market for the last three years.
Jorge is dedicated to serving the real estate industry and the community through elective and volunteer leadership positions. He is a member of the Real Estate & Retail Committee of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he served as State Director of the Puerto Rico Chapter for three years. He has been an active member of the Board of Directors of Escuela de Artes Pásticas since 2000, and was a board director at the Red Cross from 2000 to 2006.
Jorge earned his JD from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and his BSBA with a concentration in Accounting from Marquette University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of the Puerto Rico Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Puerto Rico Bar Association. Jorge was honored by the Inter-American University, School of Law with the Hipólito Marcano Award for exemplary work in the business sector. He is a devoted runner and has competed in the New York and the Chicago Marathons.
